Artemis will receive and store any information that personally identifies you that you have emailed to us, or entered on our website via forms submissions, or communicated to us in any other way. We will maintain in our files your name, phone number and email address, as well as any additional information you have provided. RELEASE OF INFORMATION
Artemis may maintain an electronic email list generated from all inquiries, comments, contact submissions and/or email sign-ups. We will use that list to notify you about matters regarding new information Artemis deems appropriate to share with our users.
We track user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We do break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (MIME) type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).
Artemis does not use the information tracking devices known as “cookies”.
We are concerned about the safety of children when they use the internet. We are committed to the identification and elimination of information that is determined to be unsuitable for children’s viewing. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.
